The dirtiest words that we say do not give us a PG-13 rating, but are words we use every day. I CAN’T do that, I’ll TRY to attend, I HAVE to finish this, I SHOULD do that. What is the impact of words on our daily lives? What are the alternatives? Do our word choices matter? Attendees will learn how some everyday words have an impact on our attitudes, mindsets, and actions. Most importantly, we will discuss how choosing different words can have a powerful influence on our everyday lives.
Lunch will be provided.

Do you dread going to meetings because they are endless and wasteful? Do you walk away from meetings thinking that you spent an hour in a conference room only to realize that your meeting is over you don’t have an outcome or next steps?
Do not fret, this workshop is going to cover the basics of having a productive meeting. We will go over the core elements of a successful meeting, including deciding when a meeting needs to happen, and how to maximize your time together whether it be 15 minutes or an hour! We will also briefly discuss how to manage remote attendees.
