The Employee Appreciation Program is dedicated to recognizing and celebrating the hard work and dedication of all staff and faculty across the university. Through memorable initiatives and events, the program fosters a culture of appreciation that acknowledges the valuable contributions of every team member. One of the key responsibilities of the program is coordinating the annual BBQs at the Downtown Phoenix, Polytechnic, Tempe, and West Valley campuses. The success of the program relies on coordinated efforts across several key areas:
- Communication and Feedback Collection: Engage with employees to promote appreciation initiatives and gather valuable feedback.
- Event Planning and Logistics: From initial setup to final breakdown, we manage every logistical detail.
- Vendor and Volunteer Coordination: Collaborating closely with vendors and managing volunteers.
Engagement Activities: To enhance participation and make appreciation efforts more impactful, we organize various activities and initiatives that encourage involvement and foster a strong sense of community.
