Programming, Outreach and Engagement Committee Meeting
The Programming, Outreach and Engagement Committee is responsible for:
- Planning and coordinating various Council meet up activities and events to engage and enrich the employee experience in the ASU community; through hallmark gatherings of staff happy hours, campus blood drives, staff nights at public sporting or theatrical events, to name a few.
- Facilitating the communication and promotion of the Staff Council and its programs, services and resources to university staff through various mediums including an online, digital presence.
- Assisting with the elections process as required for ethical voting processes and to encourage all eligible staff council members to vote.
