Parking concern
A Blue BMW has been parked in the same spot for several months in the Apache garage (2nd level near ramp to 3rd level). They do have a resident permit but they may move a few times but on Monday I saw the student park his car and add the ticket back to his window. I have been parking in the same spot for several months and have watched this car either not be there when I get to work in the morning and parks after I get there or is there in the morning and gone when I leave work. The ticket on the car was printed 04/03/2025. Not sure if his goal was that because there was a ticket on the car, then PTS would not give him another one?
