Judy Reynolds Memorial Scholarship Fund
The Scholarship and Development Program is responsible for:
- Fundraising for Staff Helping Staff funds and Judy Reynolds Memorial Scholarship funds by participating in Sun Devil Giving Day, Sun Devil Gratitude Week, Staff Council fundraising activities: such as Harkins Theatre sales, Staff Day, and other opportunities to support our ASU staff community.
The Staff Council Judy Reynolds Memorial Scholarship Fund benefits ASU staff with scholarships for professional development. By making a gift, the Judy Reynolds Memorial Scholarship can provide an educational experience or professional development opportunity for staff at ASU. By growing their expertise, staff members will have greater influence and impact at ASU and beyond.
Deadline for application is the 15th of each month. Applicants will be notified 7-10 days business days after application review. Upon approval, check processing may take 30-60 days from date of applicant notification. Please submit your application and accompanying documents to Staff Council. Award amounts vary and may not exceed $500 per application.
The Judy Reynolds Memorial Scholarship is a reimbursement scholarship. Please submit the application, in its entirety, once the course, certification, or conference has been completed or attended. Please read the scholarship application thoroughly prior to submission.

Donating to the Judy Reynolds Memorial Scholarship provides assistance to colleagues who are driven to improve their skills and are seeking assistance with the costs to do so. Assistance can take many paths - it could be help with conference expenses, assistance with books for a graduate program, or skill building courses.
You can also help fund our Scholarship program endowment by giving through payroll deduction. Just complete the online form and designate Judy Reynolds Memorial Scholarship Endowment Fund - 20003654. All funds are gifts given to the ASU Foundation, and tax receipts are given yearly.
